Ship Management
AOS is an experienced ship manager and operator, providing a range of integrated marine services aimed at providing safe, compliant, cost-effective ship management. As a company who has owned, bareboat chartered and managed offshore support vessels we understand the concerns and priorities of other vessel owners and operators.
Our services are run by a professional team of experienced operations and technical specialists with many years’ experience in successful ship management, both in Australia and internationally, creating a vast bank of knowledge in operating a broad range of vessels from Rig Support to Specialised DP vessels.

Crewing Services
AOS can provide a full range of crews for the offshore industry. We have a database of highly experienced marine, drill rig, construction and catering personnel available for short or long term assignments. As part of our crewing services we also provide industrial relations expertise and payroll services to meet our client requirements.
AOS is compliant with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC), is registered with AMSA as a Private Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Service Provider. Our offshore personnel are employed in accordance with enterprise agreements with all three Maritime Unions.
Rig Moving
Our rig moving division is second to none in Australia comprising a team of competent Master Mariners. Our team is experienced in all facets of towing and positioning jack-up and semi-submersible rigs in shallow and deep water operations, both in Australia and internationally.
Our complete rig moving service includes provision of full rig moving crews (MO Part 47), rig move planning, procedures and reporting.
Offshore Catering
AOS provides catering services to the offshore industry. Our onshore catering team monitors cost, stock and waste efficiency, preventing over-ordering, eliminating wastage of food products and ensuring reasonable costs and high quality provisions for vessels, both in port and under way.
