AOS and offshore construction experts Kuiper Australia have recently entered a JV to provide combined marine and construction services to the offshore industry. The JV is in keeping with our objective of providing a one-company solution for offshore projects.

Kuiper General Manager, Craig Follett, offered the following comment regarding the JV:
