Marine and catering crews for VOS Atlas
VOS Atlas has recently mobilised to Australia manned with AOS marine crew. VOS Atlas is operated by Vroon Offshore and is a dedicated seismic support vessel. The vessel is currently operating in Hockey-Bianchi prospect, west of Barrow Island supporting seismic vessel Polarcus Naila. AOS marine and catering crew services commenced in January and will continue for the duration of the vessel’s campaign in Australia.
AOSK secure EMAS AMC marine and construction manning
The successful JV formed by AOS and Kuiper has secured another combined offshore marine and construction manning contract, this time for EMAS AMC’s heavy lift vessel Lewek Constellation.
Marine Manning for Fugro-TSM
AOS has recently been awarded the marine manning services contract for Fugro-TSM’s Australian and New Zealand operations. Services commenced in January on-board REM Etive for the STOS wellhead project near New Plymouth, New Zealand. Operated by AOS’ New Zealand office and supported by our Australian headquarters, the New Zealand manning services are another project in our expanding international portfolio of offshore services.
Charter extended for AOS LCT
The charter of AOS-owned LCT, the Toll Territorian, has been further extended by Perkins Shipping (Toll Marine Logistics).
Offshore Lightning completes 2 month contract at Barrow Island
AOS’ crew transfer vessel, Offshore Lightning, has recently completed a 2 month charter after returning to service Chevron’s Gorgon Project at Barrow Island in early January.
AOS providing tailored manning services for Technip vessels
Appointed as Australian manning agent for Technip’s subsea vessels earlier in 2015, AOS has already provided marine, catering, construction and ROV personnel onboard three vessels operating in the region. The multidiscipline manning services package is an example of AOS’ flexible service delivery tailored to suit client requirements. The package is provided in collaboration with our JV partner Kuiper Australia who specialise in construction manning.

AOS and offshore construction experts Kuiper Australia have recently entered a JV to provide combined marine and construction services to the offshore industry. The JV is in keeping with our objective of providing a one-company solution for offshore projects.
McDermott Awards Marine Manning and Catering Contract to AOS
AOS is pleased to announce our appointment as provider of Australian marine and catering crews for the McDermott vessels engaged on the INPEX-operated Ichthys LNG Project. The contract will commence in the first Quarter of 2015.
